Paranoid as in I’ve just jumped off my bed because my zip touched my leg.

Here’s the story:
I was laid in bed and I heard this buzzing noise right next to my ear, I sat up I could still hear it, when I moved my duvet it got louder and I jumped off the bed, as I did, I got stung. After I managed to get what ever it was out (it was fucking huge) I freaked out incase I might die because of the sting so I was googling about bee and wasp stings and how they can kill you etc etc. But the scary thing is that I have been laid with that thing all night and I haven’t known and now I’m really paranoid.
